Hahbi 'Ru Level Two Dance

This DVD brings you to the second level of learning Hahbi'Ru dance steps and transitions, in the form of an easy to follow dance routine. The Level II Dance incorporates a majority of the steps you learned from Hahbi'Ru Basics, as well as several new step combinations. The Level II Dance is choreographed to traditional Egyptian oriental dance music and the dance step combinations reflect this beautiful style. Whether danced as a solo or in a group, this lovely dance piece is easily perfected and a pleasure to perform. John , with the help of Rita, the Co-directors of Hahbi 'Ru, demonstrate a series of basic finger cymbal patterns that are the foundation patterns used for the cymbal dance. They then add to the patterns while layering them over the Hahbi 'Ru basic steps building the choreography. The Cymbal dance started as a class exercise and later became one of the Hahbi'Ru dance repertoire.
